Step by Step Instructions on How to Sign Up as a Walker
Walk For Life Forms:

We are excited about our Walk for Life that will take place on Saturday, October 14th at Beaver Trail Park. Our Walk will consist of two miles. This will be a fun, family friendly event! If you have small children, feel free to bring strollers!
Can’t make it to our walk? Feel free to walk on your own. Just send us pictures of your walk!
A team consist of 5-10 friends, family, co-workers or a church small group. Raise $50 and you get a Walk For Life T-shirt and your name in a drawing for a prize. For every $50 raised you will get your name placed in the drawing.
Drop off forms/donations and t-shirt pick up will take place at the Glasgow Life Center the week of the walk. Monday – Wednesday, October 9th- October 11th, from 10am – 6 pm. Registration will also be open on October 14th from 8:30-9:30. Must register before 9:00am on the 14th to be eligible for prizes.
Prizes will be awarded for the most funds raised by:
- Team
- Individual Walker
- Church
There will also be a drawing for 3 larger prizes. (To be eligible for these you must raise at least $50)
We will meet at the second shelter next to the playground. Come join us for a fun time celebrating Life!
